Our Company Story
Our Inspiration:
Born out of a passion for the real estate industry, our broker Raidel Moreno Armas founded Armas Realty, a full-service brokerage firm. His passion for real estate was kindled when his mother bought their first house during The Great Recession in 2009. After four years of immense sacrifice and crossing the 90-mile stretch of ocean between Cuba and the Florida Keys, buying a house was so much more than the act of buying a property. It was symbolic of achieving the American Dream. It was a momentous event filled with happy tears, pride, and the tranquility of knowing they were safe. No longer would they have to move every year to escape ever-increasing rent prices or have to suffer the grueling demands of working up to four jobs to make ends meet.

We want to make residential real estate ownership accessible to underserved populations. We specialize in the Orlando and Tampa Greater Metropolitan Areas.
Our Mission:
Our broker set out to create a company unique in the ways we communicate, assist, and connect with our customers and agents. We are a service-oriented firm, who are action-driven problem solvers. We believe a real estate agent should be tasked with the heavy lifting so the customer is only left with the decision-making. Our objective, train agents who will become our customer’s trustworthy agent of choice.
