Jessika is originally from Guanajay, Cuba a small town located a few minutes from La Havana.

She migrated to the U.S.A with her family at the age of three. She is currently the mother to a beautiful two-year-old boy, who inspired her to pursue real estate as a means to build a meaningful career that she can be proud of.Jessika has been a successful tax preparer for over six years. She also has over two years of experience working as a leasing agent for a long-term property management company. Jessika joined our team in 2021 and reasserted her passion for new home sales, making her our new home specialist. She first discovered this passion when she personally bought a new home construction in 2020. During her free time, Jessika enjoys spending time with family and friends, hosting BBQs at her house, or working out.
